Dr. Ashok Kumar Choudhury was from Banki under Cuttack district of Odisha.
He has completed his school education from MB Bidyapitha followed by +2 from SCS College Puri.
Then he joined “MBBS” in 1998 at SCB Medical college, Cuttack. He had 3 Gold Medals, 3 Honors and was the Best Graduate of the outgoing batch of “SCB medical College Cuttack and Utkal University”.
After that he has completed his “Doctor of Medicine” course in 2014 from “Institute of Liver and Billiary Sciences (ILBS)”, New Delhi
He got his international training at “Kings College Hospital, London” in “Liver Transplant” as well as at “Virginia Common Wealth University, Virginia, USA”.
He was working in recent past as “Associate Professor of Hepatology and Liver Transplant” at the prestigious at “Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), New Delhi”
